Returns on newly purchased products must occur within 14 business days and the items must be in absolutely new condition and include the manufacturer's packaging. We will give you a full refund for the purchase price (less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts) as a refund to the original credit card.  There is a $10.00 restocking fee.  We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging.
